FAKEREBIRTH is aquatic's latest venture to re-enter the world of cryptoart as a fake rare artist. FAKEREBIRTH was the culmination of input and critique and support from numerous fakers he has respected and learned from for years. he took an interest in returning to art with analog photography, with a focus in tintype photography, lumen printing and paper negative printing. he hopes that with FAKEREBIRTH, the tintype artform is adopted into the fake lore library and considered amongst both the collective and consumer base and collectors to be a treasure for time ongoing. References to the Vitruvian Man, Adam of the Garden of Eden, and a proper nod to the works of Pepenardo. FAKEREBIRTH is the visual expression of a spritual, physical and psychological rebirth for the artist. After spending roughly 5 years in the Fake Rare community as a fake commons artist and mostly collector, Aquatic has taken the initiative to pursue his instinct and push to a return to his artistic process and practice. Utilizing an 8"x10" large format Camera from the 19th Century, alongside the analog photography practice of the 19th Century that is Tintype Photography, a self portrait was rendered. Using a Tin Plate, instead of film, or digital files, a 2 premium physical tintype photographs exist of FAKEREBIRTH. 99% proof Alcohol was utilized to develop the picture on the tin plate, alongside a water based fixer. The plates were scanned digitally, and then varnished using traditional process. FAKEREBIRTH pay pays homage to Traditional and Historic Analog Photography, Pepe the Frog, Fake Rare Pepes, Rare Pepes, Da Vinci, Adam of the Bible, and well known Fake Rare Artists such as Pepenardo and Rare Scrilla. 72 Tokens have been issued, with subassets to be deployed shortly.
