FORKROAD | DIGIRARE

FORKROAD is a commissioned piece of art created by LycosFreak for J-Dog for inclusion in the Fake Rare project. FORKROAD is a piece of art to note the fork in the road for Counterparty where Counterparty 2.0 and Counterparty Classic went down separate roads. Counterparty 2.0 led by Adam Krellenstein and his supporters believe a more centralized version of Counterparty focused on profit is the path forward, where the 2.0 developers decide what is best for the community, and add and remove features without community consensus. Counterparty Classic led by J-Dog and his supporters believe that a more decentralized version of Counterparty is the path forward, where the Counterparty Classic community proposes, discusses, and comes to consensus on what features to add to Counterparty Classic via the Counterparty Improvement Proposal (CIP) process used for the past 10+ years.
